Owner Shelly Colwell and Red Seal Chef Glenn Colwell have spent the past ten years building a strong reputation at Dorian’s Greek Taverna. Shelly purchased Dorian’s in 2016, starting from a modest downtown location, and has since moved to a beautiful new space where business continues to grow.

As a family-run restaurant, their children also played a key role in shaping the business and its reputation. With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Shelly and Glenn have had the privilege of working with and learning from many industry leaders. Their early days—running a breakfast and lunch café in Langley, BC, when Shelly was only 19 and Glenn 20 years old—laid the foundation for their success in Vernon. Bringing expertise both in front of house and in the kitchen, they have poured their hearts into making Dorian’s more than just a dinner out—it’s a Greek experience. Every dish is freshly prepared in-house by Chef Glenn and his long‑standing kitchen team.
